Equicare Human Services is a Social Services and disability support services provider based in Wollert, Victoria.

We are an Accredited Australian Association of Social Workers member (AASW).
Our team is composed of qualified Social Workers with many years of experience in the sector.

If we could define our organisation as a person: She would be a mother first , family oriented, compassionate, energetic and motivated Social Worker with broad cultural awareness and ability to connect to people of all backgrounds.
At Equicare Human Services we are motivated by the reward of positively changing lives with years of experience in counselling, case management in Family Violence; NDIS Early Childhood Intervention, Child, Youth & Family; Out of Home Care; hospital social work ; Aged care ; Immigration; and Psychosocial disability support.
We have staff that has worked in all areas of socio-economic aspects advocating, mediating, and supporting families coordinating services and working in collaboration with various stakeholders, carers and individuals to meet people’s needs and improve their wellbeing.
